Extension of 1836's score calculator to include robot contribution based on cycles estimated & completed tasks

I added basic task descriptions and time estimates, and fed it into the Milkenknights top-level score calculator.

Note all time estimates, accuracy estimates, etc are the responsibility of the team that uses this calculator! 841 will continue to score our mechanisms and update our predictions throughout the season, this document will not be updated live with that information.
