The Skunkworks Safety and Health Program (SSHP) consists of four elements. No one element is more important than the others because the entire program must function in unison to be successful. These elements are: Coach/Mentor Commitment and Team Involvement, Shop and Pit Job Safety Analysis, Hazard Prevention and Control, and Training and Education. It is expected that this criteria will be adhered to by the coach, mentors and team.
This document sets forth the business plan for the Aviation High School (AHS) robotics team. This business plan summarizes the purpose of Team 1983; its connection to AHS and the surrounding community, its influence on surrounding teams, schools, and businesses as well as lays down the structure with which the team follows. This document also harbors important information and sub-documents regarding resources, budget, sponsorship details, balance, management and fund raising tactics. Throughout this document it is made clear the importance of Team 1983 within AHS and the community through a common vision and goal to instill within the youth of the United States a new excitement of technology, innovation, and education.

This management plan sets forth the Skunkworks’ plan for managing the team, including; objectives, organization, design/build strategy, student teams, parent team, and mentor team.
