Two Balls/Condor/118

CONDOR's extending bridge arm (for balancing) and tailhook (for dragging a stretcher or goal). To balance two goals, the CONDOR needs an ally to drop the second goal in front of the bridge. After that, we take the second goal, locked securely in our pneumatic gripper, and push both goals up onto the bridge.

<br>Team 118's robot, Condor, can go under the bar, balance one or two goals (from off the bridge), and place two balls on goals on the bridge.
