2002 Zone Zeal Scoring Pad
I bet you have never seen this before!
All the referees had many of these small sheets of paper to write down the scoring after each match. I think they used to compare what they counted with each other to reduce the chances of mistakes.
A referee in Newton division gave me this one after the division ceremonies when I asked him.
