This is the standard gearbox taken almost exactly from the blowout on the FIRST website, which is so popular.
Notice the pulltie which locks the drill motor transmission in low gear.
We tried high gear for a few minutes, but with the 30Amp breakers, when we applied 0 or 254 to them (joystick maxes), they popped.
Also notice the liberal amount of white grease on the helical gears. We have a lot of the stuff laying around (in a storage bin, mind you), so we had enough to just slop it on.
