Sidewalk Sign
We have an unusual situation that allows us to have a year-round open house that's published online and in newspapers. We made a sidewalk sign. During the city's 10K run we had visitors. Today someone came in, said his robotics' company had moved to CA, asked if we needed funding, took a fundraising packet, and left to get his 9yo daughter and come back.
