It's back...

It's back again, here is the new and improved gearbox for 2003. The actual gearbox part is smaller and the shifting is redesigned some.

I'd like to add these highlights:

- All gears were purchased and altered.

- All parts were made on a CNC mill, regular mill, standard lathe, or welded.

- All parts were made by TechnoKat team members (students, engineers, and teachers).

- All parts were made at our high school or in our team shop

Now... hopefully it works.

Is it just me, or is that spacer directly below the drill motor bent/angled?

Not a problem

No need for a heart attack...it's just an aluminum tube over a bolt. All it does is space the two plates apart (and it just happens that the ID of the tube is a little bigger than the screw).
