One Atwood, one speed...

But how many pounds does that thing weigh?

What are you geared at? I see three stages of 1:2

Wouldnt it have to have 2 speeds to be a transmission, otherwise wouldnt you call it a gearbox?

The box with the Chip installed is 14 lbs (each unfortunately - we are working on it's diet now), and the total gearing on the box from in to out is 16:1. The output shaft turns at 250 RPM at full loaded throttle.
