Why does that first gear after the drill look tilted... just not attached yet?

JVNThis picture was taken while I was still tweaking the box. The final machining had just been completed. It is much better now.

nickmaAlso if you look you can see that the motor mount is a little bigger than the box so that side is higher than the other.
