looks like it limbos, with what i can only recognise as something to knock boxes over with. I dont *think* its a stacker, as i cant see how it would stack. However someone will probably correct me about that

It is a stack knockerdowner with arms that extend to more the 7 feet wide, we did not plan on stacking but we recently realized that with the simple addition of those red cushions we are now able to stack! We also are a king of the hill robot but I won't tell how we do that, lets just say we do it very well.

so does it limbo or is it just slanted like that to increase the length of the flipping out arms?

Oh yes the arm lowers to go under the bar, that is just the starting position to fit in the volume box.

This is an amazing deisng. I love the idea of a 2 member arm stacking and knocking and being an all purpose device. Very nice, I also like the item frame, I've noticed alot of teams using this this year.
