Team 293 Stacking Device
We can pick up 3 bins and place them on a stack of 2 high. The arm can fold down to let us get under the bar. It maintains a constant horizontal positon so bins can't tip. The arm can also be used to give us a veritcal dimesion for bin bashing on the hill.
