i was workinh on it for about 30 minutes before i left for homecoming saturday and i finished it up with 3 modules afterward But my cameras out of Juice
I dont know why it took me so long to actualyy Get to doing it tho from the time the idea formed in my head to thee time i got to building it was way too long, i Guess i put it off because i ordered some turntables from lego BTY: they still havent come

SarahBAnyway you could get us more pictures and/or plans for building this? I've always wanted to build a Lego swerve drive but I've never been able to finish the other one due to lack of turntables. Your design looks like a really nice alternative. Good job

um... ok.....
take a 40t gear a 5-axel ,6 small bushuings, 1worm gear, 2 large bushing, 3 half pin half axels, a 4-axel, a crown gear, a pully with an O-ring, and 2- 2x1 beams supported by whatever you want to put in there or have,a band, and, an axeld to go in the top
thats one fender module

golf_cart_johnThat's really cool! I want to build one of those. I have one question, though. Do the wheels change speed a little as they steer? It looks like the turning action of the turntables might push the band against the bushings and turn the drive axles a little extra.

the wheels are shifted to the sides of the fenders for arakeen correction it is almost motionless as the fenders rotate
