Sprocket Drive System: Wheel
The sketch shows the components of the sprocket drive demo-bot.
All parts are out of the Kit of Parts EXCEPT for the washers and the "locally made clamping plate". This plate is a functional copy of that supplied in the kit. To easily make it, use 2 plates (same dimension as the FIRST plate), drill the mounting holes in both, drill a hole for the 5/8" shaft in one and drill a hole for the bearing in another.
The sketch is not to scale, just my quick doodling to help those that need a hand. If more info is needed, just email me.
