1mS ON then 9mS OFF, repeating @100Hz
Top Trace: 1V/div, Vishay 34840 Receiver Output.
High level = 5v = no IR detected
Low level = 0V = 40kHz IR detected
Horizontal: 2ms/div (shows two 100Hz cycles, i.e. 200ms total)
