Three part half inch plywood, one part painted aluminum, one part thin wall aluminum tubing. Bake in the machine shop for 6 weeks on high tension, and let cool. serves 8 balls at 8 fps.
It works and it's 15 pounds under. Thanks to all who helped make it happen. It's a huge accomplishment. More pictures to follow.
