I know you need multiple shots, but how did you actually generate the 3d view?

I took two shots, spaced about a foot apart from each other (which exaggerates the 3D effect), aligned them with photoshop (making the part of the image I wanted at screen depth in the same place in both images), and combined them using the program Anaglyph Maker.
