Go to Post Temp wiring is always bad but it is made worse when dealing with a $1000 part. You wouldn't try to lash a makeshift power source to your PC. - Al Skierkiewicz [more]

233 "Ghettobot"

We constructed this mechanical wonder in one day. We used Ghettobot to help the team's programers to start working on autonomous mode for this year's game.

is that what your bot actually looks like because its hard to adjust autonomous unless u have the robot there because of all the little quirks in each bot.

not necessarily. that depends almost entirely on what kind of bot you are using.
though it is not perfect, it is far better than nothing.

I think it would work to test IR, line tracking, copycat, and some other programs. And it helps newer programmer to be more familiar with the software and programs. Experience is always good. And some of the programs will only need minor tweaks between the two robots.

You guys definitely have it right. Yes "Ghettobot" looks nothing like our real robot, but it does help get our programers started working on basic programming codes organized, so when the real thing is finished, the only real work they would have to do is to make minor adjustments to fully callibrate Roccobot 2K4

Here is a final picture of it before shipping.

Why made a bot almost like that for the same reason. Whe call it El Crapo Robot lol . We changed the name from crap robot to El Crapo Roboto after we rebuilt it to make it better. It is named after our resident pyro and weapons expert El Jorge A.K.A. Dodson
