did i mention

this was remotely contolled using another rcx.
2 rcxs on the robot. total of 3rcxs.. "borrowed" from a middle school.
1 controlling the 4motors for the drive and the other for controlling all the valves for the 9cylinders. it was fully functional. although it only had 2 speeds... well...3? kinda... fast forward, slow forward, stop, slow bak, fastback.for both sides of the skidsteer drivetrain.

Its a fully working model of his team's robot this year, and the motors on the front are for weight.

See this thread for more details.

That view of the bot... reminds me of the robot from this year... very nice... looks awesome... would be so cool to see it working infront of my eyes!

Until I got involved with FIRST, I thought that I was excellent with Legos. Now I know that whatever I do there is always something better. =)

This is a most impressive creation. I bow before moving, working Lego creations. I am a lot more into static Lego structures, partially because I own over 10,000 Legos, of which maybe 100 are tecnic.

All you have to do is build three more and you could have a "mini First Frenzy".

well then i guess this is the minority. i have no connection with FIRSTLEGOleague at all. i built this entirely for USFIRST. this was our prototype. also just for the fun of it...
aaand ive been using motors and pneumatics from before lego even started selling mindstorm sets.
