they have a section, Technology Report, titled "What's Hot Today: Robotics."
A picture of team 173 and ??? is in the article and FIRST is mentioned.

Those orange gloves make me want to say that the other unknown team is 195 Cyberknights out of Southington, Connecticut I believe at the UTC regional
