Cybersonics played ball with International Robotics' SICO at the Society for Biomolecular Screening's Conference in Orlando this week. They quickly became buddies and we're hoping SICO can join us at some regionals and maybe the Championship. There's some pretty neat engineering behind this robot, and he's their "old tech" one.

Was this the same robot that was in NYC in 2002 at the regional there?

You can tell, it's now wearing the latest robot accessories. (it so last year's robot). Where are the latest Air Jordon sneakers or Timberland boots or Tommy H? By the way, where are its feet?????
NYCFIRST Robot is more phat then that one.

I didn't know they were there, but Rich is right - it was SICO's younger brother at NY in 2002. It seems that International Robotics' president (Bob Doornick) is friends with Dean K.
Check out the life-sized animatronic killer whale they built.
