Clover Couplers
The high school that Team 237 is based out of got a new CNC plasma cutter in the metal shop earlier this year. We used it tonight to cut out additional clovers out of 1/4" mild steel. It only took 2 minutes to cut out 5 of them. They were bent to the correct angle in a bench vise afterwards.
This is good practice as we're planning on using the CNC plasma cutter to help fabricate some of the pieces for the robot.
I'll also upload a photo of the sheet they were cut from still resting on the plasma cutter.
