Team 694 Drivetrain
Here it is, the simplest two speed shift ever built. Just put the transmissions on a bit of Teflon, hooked them up to two pneumatics and used V-belts instead of chain. The transmissions go one way, the belts on one set of pulleys tighten. Pull the transmission the other way and the other set of pulleys tighten. Our prototype took all of an hour to put together and was so easy nobody bothered taking any really nice pictures of it
