Xtreme Eagles Robot

Here is our robot for this year.
It is a forklift with a dump mechanism much like a dunk tank.
We can lift 4 tetra's right now, but should be able to improve.
The lift can easily raise 6 tetra's.
We thought we would have to drive over the bottom of the goal to get close enough, but we found that we don't.
The lift is ran off 2 FP's
The drive is 4 CIM's and 2 speed gear box with brake.
It is a simple design that we hope works well.
Good Luck to All.

That looks so nice and clean. Did you remove the tile before you extended the lift or did it have to move it's self?

Looks really good, Best of luck to you this year!

Why are you driving your robot in the bathroom?

wow, amazing. Some teams boast of being able to lift 2 or 3 tetras. My question for you is how you plan on getting those tetras stacked. I'm sure you've thought of this, and I understand if you want to surprise everyone at competition. Good luck this year, glad we're not competing against you

Wow, seriously. And you dont tip over, amazing. How much does it weigh? How high is the base and how high can the arm extend? Hope youre going to Atlanta, id love to see that in action.

Yay another multiple tetra lifter! Where do practice driving it? Or do you just drive with your lift not fully extended?

The arm is almost 11' tall and we weighed in at just less than 105 lbs without the battery and when we added weight to balance it we haven't been able to tip it yet (We've Tried!) The Student lobby has tall enough ceilings for us to drive successfully but if we want to raise a tetra we have to take a ceiling tile out. We can successfully cap the large and small goal and load from either loader.
