Here are three charming examples of the people you're likely to find on Team 195. From left to right you have Tom, our lead programmer, coming down off a Bawls trip, followed by Josh, my drive train apprentice, doing.....well no one is ever quite sure what Josh is doing and last you have Dave in the background, Toms programming assistant, looking not unlike Satan.

oh heavens. bawls, the bane (or maybe the inspiration) of all programmers.
maybe there should be a "trained professionals: do not try this at home" addendum on the bottom of the picture or something
