This is me at the conclusion of the Long Island Regional. I was hanging out with the scorekeepers all day. They did a wonderful job, especially during the finals when the program had problems.
Long Island is one of my favorite regional because it was the 1st regional that I attended as a mentor before working with the NYC Regional.
The teams are great and their robots are great.
This is the third venue L.I. Regional is at in 6 years…. I think it’s the best!
(If you are not sure which one I am….. I’m the one drinking the diet soda.)
