Ok, it's back, new(er) and a improved based on the help I got from all of you.

List of improvements:

- Gaps closed up between plates and rollers.
- Sharp edges rounded off to nice numbers for CNC
- Bolt hole number doubled, and position adjusted, the inner five are aligned to fit KoP hardware, with the measurements Andy Baker gave me, this also allows inverted threading for simpler assembly and stronger holding power in the bolts.
- Also aligned with the inner five holes is the new optional keyway hub, extending the keyway another quarter of an inch to prevent shearing, just bolt on. (Not actually shown here, see the exploded view for a shot of it.)

I recommend complete assembly and bolting the hub on before broaching, if you choose to use keyways, to keep everything aligned well.
