Built up on a modified SquareBot frame, it can lift and cap tetras pretty well.
The tetras were made by my girlfriend, and she also helped me build the U shaped arm upgrade from my original angle L design. The tetras and goals are straws tied and taped together, don't know exactly how she did it, but it's pretty cool.

did you ever fix the issue with insufficent gear reduction?

Matt KrassConor, it wasn't so much insufficient reduction as touchy controls 
Once I switched to single joystick drive, I could use the other joystick for precision controls, much better.
The duct tape is meant to hold tetras better, it seems to work...
