Recently my team got certified to use our sponsoring schools PlasmaCAM table. It's really cool, but anyways, we got decided to test out it's capabilities and make something really cool. We carved our logo out of a scrap piece of 3/8 Aluminum lying around the shop. Then we dremeled it a bit to get rid of the sharp edges, buffed it up, added a piece of crimped wire, and boom, we had ourselves a piece of FIRST bling. Current project is a FIRST logo bling design (which is absolutely a nightmare trying to get it to look like the FIRST logo and be in one piece), and a KOP box under a Christmas tree design. BTW, The plate is about 8x4 inches.
EDIT: Oops! Apparently I took the picture backwards (why'd I polish it on both sides?!?!). Ah well, not much harm done.

Blast! I had the same idea for 1293's saw blade design this year.
I guess our bling-bling isn't limited to the brain anymore...

We had something similar to that on our robot this past year.

How are you going to print it? The FIRST logo is a rather tricky thing to cut out.
