The structural integrity of the frame isn't looking so hot, you only have 1 bar supporting it at the very back. We have had problems in the past with the kit frame torquing and bending on us, and that is with at least 3 supports going across the middle of the robot. You herding mechanism looks very good, but I warn you about the lack of support on the front of the frame, it could cause problems.

I would imagine that's what those wood risers are for - there will be another frame box at that level. Not as good as a solid frame all around at wheel level, but compromises have to be made for ball harvesters.

Correct. The wood risers, which will soon be made of another material, are for a second deck which we will use to mount our gun, harvester, etc. As long as what ever sits on top of the wood risers is sturdy, the chassis is actually pretty strong.
