Andy Mark shifters, with IFI wheels. Chain tensioners are Nylon blocks with mounted zip tie tensioners. Its kind of a funny solution to the problem, but we did incorporate that design on purpose. It just happend to be the easiest, simplest and most reliable solution available to our team at the time. Encoders mounted via friction wheel.
Enjoy

The middle wheel is lowered so that the wheel base is shorter, one wheel in the system is always raised. Shorter wheel base and only 4 wheels contacting allows for less scrubbing, and quicker turning.
We havn't had trouble with it so far, but we unfortunately have very limited carpet access, and room to drive so we havnt' had full ability to test it.

MrBamboovery nice, but it doesn't look like the base has enough clearance to go up the ramp?
