ya this is our robot all out of cheap easy to break plywood and old warped 2 by 4's. See all of you in Florida. (This served as a test. this is a wooden mock-up...the metal is much better.)

we make most of our prototypes out of wood
last year we used a 4X4 that was sitting around in my garage for about 10 years to make our spool and it turned out great

Not at all. Don't know how, but we will have it done. =)
Oh, and alekat, the dowels holding the wheels on have already split.
