Globe motor is shooter turret
wheel + sprocket + chain is shooter
banner sensor (right side) is part of ball sorter
red ball is being moved to shooter
and then you have the ball storage

You're both close, but doesn't look like anyone's getting any brownies yet

Gum-ball machine type indexing wheel on the right-side.
Banner sensors are used to index the balls through the hopper.
Center Elevator with the one of the powered lift wheels on the left.
The chain behind it links to the 2nd wheel on the opposite side of the elevator. Probably driven by a Globe or window.
Vertically mounted Globe motor turns the elevator and turret/shooter assembly.
The horizontally mounted lexan (held by the 3 hex standoffs) possibly holds the pneumatic on the drivetrain from your following picture.
I can't see a 5th mechanism, though I do like the use of the smaller Anderson connectors on the globe.
When do we get to see the shooter?

I agree with what Ben said........
What kind of drive system did you develop this year? Did Ken get his hovercraft system perfected?
