VCU mascot's party

All the mascots at VCU (I'm the silver robot) collectively decided to group together and start dancing, this included the chicken dance, break dancing, and the Macerena. It was pretty wild and a blast to boot. Afterward I spent about an hour dancing at the pit entrance holding a sign that said "I dance for safety, wear glasses" to encourage people to people to remember their glasses in the pits. A juggling mascot and a dancing mascot joined me in my cause, we made quite a spectacle.

yeah, i was the tetris block. i didn't make it to the party, cuz i was out in the hall by the VEX table. i couldn't have danced very well anyway. look closely, in the top center just above the bleachers, you can see the top of the costume peeking out.

btw, i liked your silver robot costume. sorry i nearly knocked you over that one time, but a tetris block is hard to balance in.

Darn it, I knew we we're forgetting someone! We also had a Dinosaur, two bananas, and Mario dancing with us at one point.

Whenever I see mascots walking around I think "Dang, I'd hate to be them, those look really uncomfertable." Are they really as hot and encumbering as they look?
