Congratulations TechnoKats. I can't stress how deserving your team is of this award.

Can't wait to see you in Toronto.

The awards ceremony was held at the Elliott Music Hall (Mods: correct me if I am wrong).

Congratulations T-Kats! We all had a great time being your "pit buddies" and dodgeball teammates... and competitors It is great to see all of your hard work and community service througout the years be recognized. Best of luck at Toronto and, of course, the Championships.

Elise You are correct it was in Elliot Hall of Music, which is about 50 yards from the Armory where the competition was held. (On a completely unrelated note, that was a great little speech you gave during the awards ceremony, i see a bright future of FIRST MC'ing in your future!)

Congrats to the Technokats, You guys and gals continue to amaze me and give me something to strive and work to be like. Your a shinning example of what makes Indiana the best state for robotics!

What a team and what an honor! The T-Kats have great mentors, great students, great alumni, great community involvement - the whole package!

I've been a fan of team 45 ever since I joined our school's robotics team 7 years ago and saw them at the Motorola Midwest Regional. They had a wild looking robot, a well-organized team, and a lead mentor (AB) who was willing to share all his wild ideas with anyone who asked, including a rookie mentor from team 93.

Thanks for all the inspiration you provide to all the other FIRST teams. You truly deserve this honor!!

Sean

I think this is a great year for Chairman's Award. I look at the list of this year's winners and recognize pretty much every team number at first glance. A lot of credit is being given where credit is due, and this case isn't any different. The Technokats are a class and I can't think of any other team at BMR who is more deserving of this award. Good job and good luck at the National Chairman's. If I were a betting man, I'd put money on you guys.

Now that regionals are over, team 45 needs some help from our fellow FIRSTers. Our team has been in this a long time. TechnoKat mentors have kept good records of what we have done over the years, but we don't always know how we have impacted other FIRST teams. We've shared programming code, mechanical designs, and team handbook information. Has any of this information helped your team? If it has, please PM me with feedback, or simply post a note on this thread. Any help with this would be great!
