So you're starting them young too, eh? We do that as well. You know, little kids can be really helpful when you need to get inside a tube in your shooter to fix something (see attachment).

This reminds me of the picture of Justin Davis' nephew that we had up in the pits my senior year on HOT. They even made him a little custom HOT team uniform. Pat, pictures???
