While watching the British Open I saw cameramen using Segway to navigate the course.

Joe_WidenThats some pretty sweet stuff there. So many uses for those bad boys. I think it would be cool to see a stewardess on the airlines to use one.

There's an article on page 13 of the Summer 2006 issue of Robot Magazine. But I'm not sure if it's the one you're looking for. It doesn't look like a Segway. It is being developed by Vecna Technologies and is called the BEAR (Battlefield Extraction and Retrieval).
