ooo... the famous autonomous shirt. Maybe it'll make its long awaited return sometime this year.

(I want that shirt as well!)

Well, who doesn't love autonomous mode? =D Great stuff happens. Y'know, the robot runs over somebody's foot...and lets not forget that your robot can turn around and shoot at the judges! D: Poor judges...

haha these shirts were actually made during the 2005 season after a funny incident during the NJ Regional...

a few members of our team were scouting some matches..and autonomous mode started and...NO ONE MOVED, not one robot did a thing...so being sarcastic one of our team members shouted "I LOVE AUTONOMOUS MODE!" and it stuck...by nationals we loved autonomous mode, but for the right reasons

we made up a few shirts for our team members and did not expect much when we went to nationals and were shocked at how much people liked our shirts...the backs say "I live my life 15 seconds at a time" but we will have to adjust them for the updated length of auto mode

i think we might go ahead and make some more, and possibly sell them at nationals

not to be a buzz kill, but FIRST has rules against teams selling items at events.

The best alternative maybe to do a presale like 1251 did this year and just distribute them at nationals. That way you are following FIRST rules and you can still avoid the hassle and additional cost of shipping.

Thread resurrection much? This thread died in '06...

As for how you could get one... doesn't look like it would be hard to make one using iron-on transfers or something.
