This is one of the Bipolar plates from the Fuel Cell stack, it facilitates the reaction that is harnessed to create electricity. In a working 12 volt assembly, you'll see 2 sets of 10 stacks of these plates working to generate some clean, renewable electricity that can be used for a robot.
