This is basically a starter kit for beginers.
The ROV IN A BOX (ROVIAB) was developed by team 842 for more teams to get into the underwater competition. The event will be held June 8-10, 2007 in Chandler, AZ. 10 teams have signed up so far! Universities and high schools, no grade schools yet.
