Jared Walright two questions for you.
1. Are you going to Atlanta with that robot?
2. Why would you make a robot that can only pick up one ball at a time when you know there will be way more competitive robots that can pick up 6-8 at a time. Unless you think you can pick up the one fast enough?
For example our original robot could hold 4 balls at the Florida Regional, which we won. But now, since we know there are better robots, we made it so we can now hold 8 balls, and it does it faster.
Thanks

astephen68No were not going to Atlanta becuase we had 1114 in our Regional which is a really good team Their robot coul;d pick up 6 balls at a time and put it in the top goal at a ok speed. Our robot played good defense on them. Anyways our robot has a good atonomus period of scoring 2 balls and we can hang but we didn't think teams could pick up 6 balls at a time.

VENI'm the driver, if you guys want better pics I have more. We don't plan to go to Atlanta. We can do 8 balls in a match if they are scattered everywhere and two balls in autonomous. Why would we make a robot that pics up only one ball? Why not? It's fast, maneuvarable and is not subject to any damage or overweighing due to a thousand balls it is carrying. Can I see pics of the 8 ball vex? Really interested

fredliu168our 8ball VEX looks like team 1114's pickup, except its 8 balls lol.
You'll see it at the York Region Invitational on March 1st.
