What is your ground clearance? It's kind've hard to tell if it's raised up or really low from this angle. I'd just make sure you have enough clearance to get up steep ramps since you don't know what size ramps teams will be creating (and even if you plan to add a ramp of your own you should just make sure you plan for going up others just in case a match would want that).

Ground clearance is at about 1.5". We will definitely be able to get up ramps and will probably have a ramp/lifting device of our own. We are pretty low overall though. Those are 5" wheels.

What transmissions are you using to drive your wheels? It's hard to tell from this angle.

Looks pretty cool. Could you explain how the arm mechanism works?

Are those the 80/20 linear bearings on your arm? How well do those work, as compared to other methods of lifting multiple-stage arms?

I trust the frame actually will be pink in reality as well.

I'm going to echo Cory's question about the transmissions, as well as inquire where your chain runs will be.
Also, where are you locating your electronics?

We are using the Andymark 2 speed transmissions. For the wheels we are using 5" colsons with live axles. The middle and rear wheels will be driven off of the transmission and then a chain will run from the middle to the front wheel. Those are the 80/20 linear slides. As for how well they work we have never tried them, but I have seen them used many times and they seem to work really well for a pretty low cost and no machining. The frame will most definitely be pink. I actually talked to the powdercoater earlier this week and we should have something worked out with them. The electronics will be in the far rear and the front section around and under the arm.

Will the arm be chain driven?

Right now it is chain driven. We will have to see how we are doing on weight though.
