Dose that stay in the library all the time or do you have to move it after your meetings?

JYangTo clear it up... we built it in the library and we don't move it afterwards (yes it stays there all day)
and we just went into the library with a few powertools and with intimidating looks on our faces and just started assembling it before anyone could say anything about it...
at least it is a very good way to raise awarness of robotics in our school. just watching those faces staring in awe at it in the morning is a very satisfying feeling. it is even more satisfying when people ask you what it is and to explain the game

You could have a really good time using it to help with promoting the team and the FIRST fun in your school. If the librarian would let you, you could advertise the name of the game, some of the different strategies you guys have been thinking about, what FIRST is, when the competition is, a photo of your team. You could have a good time with the rack as a promotional aid.
sorry - I saw it in the library and my brain started zipping along..
edit/not through zipping/ you could highlight some book titles on it as well - science, technology, robots - team book of the week - kind of thing -

After that picture was taken, we taped pictures of the game with a little description.
