Here is some information on the gearboxes.
-Ball bearing shifter
-It uses 3 bearing to lock in gear
-The gears have 6 holes in them to allow faster shifting
-2.7 ft/sec on low
-13 ft/sec on high
-16 pitch gears for low, 20 pitch for high
-Weight w/o motors is about 3.8 lbs
The difference is a lot but we chose it that way for strategy purposes.
