let me guess... 1755's bot was dead so it started on top of 1850?

Oh wow... This is classic. I'm at a loss for words for how much I love this strategy.

Except that you now only have 1 robot for the entire match... The two robots in the pile were E-Stopped immediately for safety reasons.

This maybe this year's strategical equivalent of the A-Bomb from last year. It also maybe the best autonomous program we'll see this year...unless someone can manage to get 60.

Simply Amazing!
I'm sure the head ref had a good laugh at this one.

Spencer E.That is amazing! Whoever came up with this strategy is a genius. Too bad the robots were disabled, but I guess it makes sense since it is sort of a hazard.

Carpe_NoctemWow....wish i had known that today in qualifying...
we were allied with two bots that were basicly dead in the water...
it wasnt their fault though...we could have set them on ours...

That one robot was WildStang. (You can see their ramp in the corner.) They probably did alright.

royal_robotixits a pretty interesting strategy...30 points automatically and depending on how good the opponent's scoring is, it could win or lose a match

Consider the number of qualifying matches you've seen this year where fewer than 30 points were scored. This strategy guarantees the 30 and still leaves you with one robot free to roam.
Sheer genius, Raul! Well played.

I did not know that was allowed. If they were to build a bot that could latch onto the top of another, would they be able to move if it was secure?
