Maryland FIRST Mentors receive Governor Service Awards

350+FIRST Mentors from Maryland were honored today at the 24th Governor's Volunteer Service Awards. About 60 were able to attend the ceremony and reception in Annapolis and we tried to round up everyone for a photo The plate in the pic is beautiful. Polished pewter and inscribed with "FIRST Mentors in Maryland". Really classy. It was a nice day.

Congratulations to all the mentors in Maryland who were given this honor... and to the people who made it happen for them (Jenny!)!
We cannot thank our mentors enough for all the wonderful things they do for us. You guys are great!
