This is a list of keywords that was brought up during the planning process of Cal Games 2006. I compiled it into a check list. When the event was over, every single item on the check list was accomplished (more or less).

I am experimenting with different ways to help others visualize the off-season planning process. The bigger fonts indicate a particular item is more important in the planning process than smaller ones. I've also included a time line next to the check list indicating the different phase: The summer planning phase, the event setup phase before and after the event, and the competition phase.

Comments are always welcomed. This will be the beginning of a series of white paper I am going to upload within the next month which will eventually be compiled into a handbook for Cal Games 2006.
