I believe this is ROBOTICUS the mascot of FRC 231, High Voltage.

The way you can tell is the UGLY colors of the seats in the background which represent the Houston Astro's Baseball team old colors of Orange, Yellow, and Red..

You would think that would be a cool combination.. I mean they could of gone with a flame/fire theme with those colors... But.. those seats were kinda ugly in that stadium.

The Reliant Center where the Lone Star Regional has been held, is a great venue. I like the access from the parking lot, the pit area, and the arena. When the stands fill up with the teams, their colors shine, sparkle, dance. It's a party. This year we (LSR) won't be there but hopefully, next year we will return to one of my favorite places in the world - the Reliant Center, in the spring during the Lone Star Regional. It's pretty cool to see the 231 mascot morph into ROBOTICUS -
