that is so not fair, it STILL hasn't snowed in Arkansas....well it did snow at one point...for a few hours, it didn't stick.....

So THIS is why Billfred is late on the next Caption Contest! Well, if he wants snow, he should come to SD for a day or so--we've got quite a bit on the ground and more scheduled for later in the week.

yeah, its been about 6-12 inches deep for a while now up here in minnesota.

This is a big deal for Billfred. Anything more than an inch of snow in South Carolina is considered a blizzard. We only got rain here in Charleston

yeah... it snowed about 3.5 inches in the upstate... it was pretty sweet!

this is still so not fair.
we usually have had at least an inch of snow by now but it really only just started getting cold yesterday
plus, yesterday we had a "chance of snow"...instead we got cold rain and some sleet.
this sucks
