What are those chompers made of? I imagine that much aluminum would be extraordinarily heavy.

that reminds me of 311's claw in 2004, which worked great. But I know you guys go through 20 designs each year for the gripper, so I'm not convinced this is the one.

You are very observant.

It's not a robot part. It is actually a prototype for a disciplinary device on the team (Star Jumps just aren't cutting it) - our tool girl was the unfortunate guinea pig.
