Is it an aluminum welded frame, a compressor, connecting wire, a drive wheel, light weight chain, and a sprocket connected to heavier weight chain?

I suspect either Ackerman (or some variant) or a turret with that "extra" chain. I'm leaning towards the former.

Yeah, extremely expensive, but definitely worth it so far.

I don't know about that. You can see a wheel in the bottom left that appears to have an axle that connects to the frame on the outside. Also there is some chain on the far side of the very visible wheel that looks like it may run up to the front wheel as well.
